Family Support Team
Family Support Worker
I would like to introduce myself to those of you who don’t know me, my name is Mrs Emma Owen
I have been working as a teaching assistant for the last four years at the Peak Academy. I have recently taken on the role of Family Support Worker (November 2022)
My role is to offer ongoing support and advice, this could be practical or emotional support, especially when difficulties arise and additional support is needed to maintain the well-being of students and families alike. In turn, I hope this will build strong relationships with each Peak family to create a better lifestyle for our children. Being a mum of 4 I recognise the challenge's parenthood can bring and hope to help our families navigate their way through this part of their journey.

They can also provide information on family support, tax credits, benefits, funding, and more.
