We did it!
At last night’s Pride of the Cotswolds Awards ceremony, The Peak Academy was named School of the Year!
Being nominated was a fantastic achievement itself, but being chosen as the winner ahead of so many other exceptional schools is a huge honour.
This award is a testament to the hard work, endeavour, and commitment of our wonderful staff here at The Peak Academy. They provide the structure and emphasis that allows us to nurture our pupils and deliver a high standard of education.
We must also recognise the significant role our pupils had in helping us achieve this prestigious award. Their effort, dedication, and persistence make them model students who are simply a pleasure to teach and a credit to themselves, their families, and The Peak Academy.
Mrs Lewis, who was nominated for the Teacher of the Year award, came up just short, but being recognised with a nomination was an amazing achievement, and we are all so extremely proud of her.
It was a privilege to represent The Peak at the Pride of the Cotswolds Awards ceremony last night, and we hope to be nominated for more honours next year.
